At the foot of the impressive Dachstein massif – on the sunny plateau of Ramsau am Dachstein – we have built our brand-new home!
Our goal was to preserve the typical alpine country-house style of Ramsau while adding a touch of modern comfort and elegance to the interior.

Our holiday apartments are modern yet cozy, designed to make you feel at home from the very first moment. The bright, sunlit rooms offer plenty of space to relax and enjoy your stay. With light spruce-wood furniture and a clean, straightforward architectural style – simple, yet always carrying a special and loving touch – our Haus Sonnengarten invites you to unwind and recharge.
Each apartment is inspired by one of the four natural elements – Earth, Fire, Air, and Water.

Play...

In front of our house, you’ll find a small play meadow with a trampoline, sandbox, slide, and playhouse – the perfect spot for our little guests to run, jump, and have fun.
On our playground, there’s also a colorful “Pippi Longstocking” house, which always brings a sparkle to children’s eyes.

Dream...

The cross-country ski trail (part of a 220 km network of tracks) and the winter hiking paths pass right by our house.
Children’s ski lifts are located just a short walk away – perfect for families!
All of this is set in the heart of the Schladming-Dachstein ski region and the Ski Amadé sports world – with famous ski areas such as Schladming, Planai, Reiteralm, and the Dachstein Glacier right at your doorstep.

Enjoy the breathtaking panoramic views over the Ennstal Valley!
To the south, you’ll find the majestic Schladminger Tauern mountains, and to the north rises the impressive Dachstein massif.
In summer, our location is the perfect starting point for walks, hikes, mountain or climbing tours, via ferratas, cycling, and biking adventures – or simply to take time for yourself and your family and relax in nature.

In our small but charming wellness area, you can relax, unwind, and recharge while enjoying this unique alpine backdrop.

A sauna and infrared cabin, as well as comfortable loungers, await you indoors. Outside, you’ll find our hot-tub whirlpool – the perfect place to soak, enjoy the fresh mountain air, and take in the stunning views of the Dachstein massif.
