	Everything begins right in front of our house… …now that’s convenient! The cross-country ski trail passes right in front of our house – just strap on your skis and off you go! You can also start your winter hikes directly from our doorstep. And for extra comfort: a ski storage room with waxing facilities and a boot dryer is available in the house!
	Cross Country Skiing & Hiking 220 km of Cross-Country Skiing in Ramsau Explore Ramsau on 220 km of groomed classic and skating trails, with plenty of cozy huts and traditional farmhouses inviting you to take a break along the way. From our house, you can step right onto the trail or enjoy the magic of winter along the many scenic winter hiking paths. Cross-country courses, trial lessons, and ski rentals are available at the nearby ski schools.
	Pure Skiing Pleasure – Sunshine & Wide Slopes! Enjoy the sunny slopes of the Ramsau plateau, perfect for children and beginners. Just 300 meters from our house, you’ll find two small children’s lifts (the “Dragon Lifts”). The Rittisberg ski area, with great offers, ski rental, and ski school, is only 5 minutes away.
	Skiverbund Amadé Or swing into the famous “4-Mountain Ski Circuit” (Reiteralm – Hochwurzen – Schladming-Planai – Hauser Kaibling) in the Ski Amadé, one of Austria’s largest ski regions. The ski mountains can be reached in just 10 minutes by car or comfortably with the free ski bus, which stops right in front of our house. The easy access to the Amadé ski areas, combined with the sunny slopes of Ramsau, makes our region a truly unique winter sports destination for the whole family.
	Snowshoe Hiking – the New Trend! Whether under the moonlight or in the bright winter sun, wander through untouched nature and enjoy the endless silence. Guided snowshoe hikes are offered by the local ski schools.
	Tourenski-Eldorado Dachstein  The Right Adventure for Every Level! For beginners, there are easy ski routes perfect for a gentle uphill walk. For the more experienced, the Dachstein mountains offer countless options: the Dachstein crossing to Obertraun, the Edelgrieß tour, Bachlalm to Filzmoos, or the route “Over the Rock” to Gröbming, and many more. 	Horse-Drawn Sleigh Rides Glide through the winter wonderland of Ramsau on 70 km of well-prepared trails, far away from traffic, in a traditional horse-drawn sleigh. A cozy stop at one of the rustic Ramsau farmhouses or alpine huts is, of course, part of the experience!
	The Halseralm A 400-Year-Old Alpine Hut – Just Like It Used to Be In summer, the cows graze on the alpine pastures, while in winter, the rustic hut is a popular destination for hikers, cross-country skiers, and horse-drawn sleigh rides.
